South Florida Tennis Club

The Clay Court Classic, also known as the CCC, is our biggest annual tournament.  Sanctioned by the GLTA, it was founded in 1990.   The CCC offers both singles and doubles and typically attracts over 175 players from all across the World.   The CCC is held President's Day Weekend. 

The Spring Fling is our annual doubles tournament that takes place the first weekend in May.   The Spring Fling is sanctioned by the GLTA and attracts players from around the world.  

The Florida Cup is an annual competition between the Florida GLTA clubs (Fort Lauderdale, Miami, Orlando and Tampa). The Florida Cup was established in 1992 (only clubs from Fort Lauderdale and Miami were in the first Florida Cup).  The top fourteen players in each club compete over one weekend in singles and doubles. At the end of the weekend the team with most wins is recognized as the Florida Cup Champion.

Identical to the Florida Cup it is also an annual competition between the Florida GLTA clubs. Every year teams from Fort Lauderdale, Miami, Orlando and Tampa compete against each other for the much desired Sunshine Cup. The Sunshine Cup was established in 2008, the TOP fourteen players in the 4.0 ladder and below from each club compete over one weekend in singles and doubles. At the end of the weekend the team with most wins is recognized as the Sunshine Cup Champion.

The Club Championship is our annual club tournament that awards our club's best players!
